Sand Creek Founders will have one thing in common. They will all recognize the intrinsic value represented by an opportunity to enjoy the western lifestyle on an ideal Wyoming ranch which their participation helps preserve. In that respect, they will share a common vision. Nevertheless, we expect that our Founders will have many different objectives in mind when they make their Selections and become a part of the early opportunity at Sand Creek Ranch Conservation Community.
Every Founder will have a unique situation and distinctive reasons why Sand Creek suits them. But just for fun, once you've considered our Conceptual Master Plan and the Value Propositions we believe the Plan supports (see the links to the left), we invite you to decide if you find yourself in one or more of the profiles below:
- Active Retiree or Working Family ready to start building on a Home Site at Sand Creek within a year.
- Mid-career Family or Individual who wants a Home Site secured for the future. By not imposing a Home Site construction deadline, new ranch owners can be as patient as they choose with respect to when they elect to build.
- Active Retiree or Working Family ready to build either now or at some indefinite time in the future, but who opt to purchase multiple Home Sites or an entire Neighborhood. These Founders may want additional privacy or space, or they may wish to reserve room to invite friends and family to join them on the ranch over time, or otherwise.
- Individual or Family whose situation may not fit Sand Creek personally, but who see potential for significant appreciation into the future. Here again, by not imposing a Home Site construction deadline, Sand Creek lets this type of Founder be patient.
- Builder who wishes to reserve Home Sites to construct spec or custom homes, within the protections of our Architectural Covenants, for future ranch owners after the Founder Program. Some Prospective Founders are already considering building their own home first; then building out their Neighborhood in series, for others, over time.
- An Individual or Family who choose to participate in the project not only for one of the personal reasons listed above, but also because they want to see Sand Creek demonstrate a positive alternative that can help preserve unspoiled places across the West.
