Sand Creek Ranch is now conducting its Pre-Construction Founder Reservation Program. Approximately 25 Ranch Interests will be made available through the Program in 2006 and early 2007. The Founder Reservation Program offers those with an interest in owning one or more of the initial Founder Ranch Interests a process to secure priority home site parcel selection; the ability to reserve Ranch Interests at discounted Pre-Construction pricing; and the opportunity to make input into the final details of the "Preservation Master Plan."
The real property interest conveyed to each new owner will be called a Ranch Interest. Each Ranch Interest will consist of two parts: one part is a carefully planned, deeded, private Home Site in a Ranch Neighborhood; the second part is a pro rata Share of all the land, amenities, agricultural production, water rights, infrastructure, and other assets within the approximate 750-acre common property of the preserved Ranch. The current working design allows for no more than an eventual 107 Home Sites, within 26 separate Neighborhoods that will collectively occupy about 10% of the Ranch footprint.
The Founder Program also offers the opportunity to acquire your own Neighborhood for future residential build-out or for other business or personal goals. Additional pricing incentives, beyond the primary Founder's discount, are offered to those who choose to consolidate their interests into one neighborhood.
