Parties interested in becoming Founders may now enter into a non-binding Reservation to secure their "place in line" to pick Home Sites on Selection Weekend this fall. Your place in the order of selection will be determined by the order that Reservations are returned to Sand Creek (our fax number is 307-684-2135).
Founders will pick their Home Sites on Selection Weekend (in the time and date order their Reservations were made with Sand Creek). For instance, a Founder who secures Reservation #18 by submitting the 18th Reservation, perhaps in late-August, won't need to make a Home Site Decision until Selection Weekend, with the 18th pick that weekend. Selection Weekend will be held September 30 and October 1, 2006.
Following Selection Weekend, the remaining steps in the Founders Program will consist of:
- making a voluntary $1,000 per Reservation contribution to help underwrite Founder's participation in the planning and design work remaining to complete the "Preservation Master Plan",
- closing on a Selection (sometime in 1Q07 or early 2Q07, when design and regulatory milestones are expected to be reached),
- taking title, and
- directing closing proceeds into an Improvements Completion Escrow Account to fund remaining infrastructure and amenity build-out.
