The Master Plan for the Sand Creek Ranch Conservation Community serves as the baseline for every design and implementation decision we make.
Foley Group, LLC Ranch Master Planning Consultants worked closely with Sand Creek and our team of mapping, Geographic Information Systems, range management, soils, wildlife habitat, engineering, real estate development, legal and other professionals for nearly two years to create this comprehensive plan. The challenge was to generate a practical, sustainable plan that protects the ranch, while at the same time provides new owners lasting value and an enjoyable, genuine Western lifestyle.
The eight key issues and objectives Foley Group focused on to develop the Master Plan were:

Sand Creek Ranch provides owners with a special sense of privacy and security within carefully located, low-density Ranch Neighborhoods identifiable as unique in terms of place and view. In essence, each Neighborhood of one to five families maintains genuine elbowroom and visual separation while creating a place where people can interact and look out for one another.
